It feels surreal to me now that I look back at my journey in Gate Pathshala that helped me get AIR-4 in Gate 2018. I joined Gate Pathshala in April 2016 and appeared Gate 2017 which is when I secured 254 rank. The faculty of Gate Pathshala motivated me and I felt I didn't work hard enough so I joined Gate Pathshala again in the regular batch. The atmosphere is totally different here, you only meet people whose goal is to attain more and more knowledge, Gate Pathshala provided me with a platform where I could gauge how hard I am working by observing my peers. The library here is great with lot of books related to various subjects like Aerodynamics, Performance and Stability, Mathematics, Fluid Mechanics, etc. The faculty is adept in both teaching the concepts and motivating to stay in track. I still remember how diffident and fainthearted I was when it came to topics related to Aerospace, but with the guidance of Gate Pathshala I am a lot more positive and self confident now. The online tests of Gate Pathshala are specifically designed such that one doesn't become overconfident of their abilities and start slacking off but it makes you stay on track till the deciding 3 hours. I secured AIR-4 in Gate AE 2018, a jump of 250 ranks from my previous attempts, I didn't even know I had it in me (still in a state of shock hence the long post) and I surely couldn't have done it without Gate Pathshala. Finally, I am Saurabh Roy, a B. Tech. Aerospace Engineering passout from Hindustan University. I am from a small city in the northeast, Dimapur (Nagaland).

Environment in Gate Pathshala its not only encourage me toward competition , it help me to build up my confidence in all subjects.Every Faculty in Gate Pathshala always motivate me so that i can confidently work hard to achieve my goal. All the study material are so well explained in simpler manner. Even online test series is arrange in well proper manner. The paper is design in that manner so that i learnt so many concept from mock test itself.
Here in Gate Pathshala I got hands on experience in CFD stuff also which made my concepts more strong and evident.In library lots of different author books are there which help me to understand each and every topic in a proper manner. I strongly recommend Btech guys to join Gate pathshala and from personal experience ,after joining here u will feel that u take a right decision.

Then I joined gate pathshala institute in 2017 , I stayed in pg near to coaching institute in chennai which is comfortable and attended class.I am happy I made a right decision of joining it. It cleared many doubts I had with concepts and introduced me to many new concepts which colleges never tell you . All faculties are from iit madras and understand students and guides them accordingly so you can get your doubts clear.The syllabus was completed 2 months before the exam was scheduled and i got enough time for revision and giving gate pathshala's test series which helped me a lot in exam. Most of the questions in gate 2018 exam were directly from gate pathshala's test series.
Class's competitive environment will keep you on your toes along your days of preparation .It's the best institute for gate preparation.

But now after getting AIR 120, I feel like I have learned a lot about Aerospace engineering. Not only about the subjects, I have learned a lot about life with Abrar sir's constant motivation and inspiring in every lecture I attended. And then comes the picture of Abrar Sir who has shared his expert knowledge and experience in a very friendly environment. This made me brave enough to ask any questions and clear doubts immediately. Last but not the least is the contribution of Sohail (Sir) who taught many topics (Propulsion Structures, Mathematics) very meticulously . I am here as an example for all you aspirants out there, to prove to you that DREAMS DO COME TRUE at GATE PATHSHALA. I did my preparation from here for appearing in the 2019 AE-GATE examination. Attained AIR-16. Please refer to my previous review to know in detail about the first half of my journey.

Following which I got admission in IIT-Madras. That is when I felt I had gotten everything I ever wanted. And then comes the campus placements. AIRBUS was here. There was a technical test, following the clearance of which there was a rigorous technical and HR interview which lasted for 3+ hours in total. I literally prepared for the interview mostly by brushing up the GATE PATHSHALA notes. The concepts are pinned to my brain ever since then. From the outcome of which I have now got placed at AIRBUS as a Flight Physics Engineer.

There was a technical test, following the clearance of which there was a rigorous technical and HR interview which lasted for 3+ hours in total. I literally prepared for the interview mostly by brushing up the GATE PATHSHALA notes. The concepts are pinned to my brain ever since then. From the outcome of which I have now got placed at AIRBUS as a Flight Physics Engineer. My journey just goes to say, that it is every bit worth to choose Gate Pathshala as a medium to achieve your dreams if you are set on a path. Wishing all of you a very best of luck for your future.
